About The Event 

Kicking For Kids Who Can't is an event taking place on the National Mall on October 7th, 2007. On that day, kids and adults of all ages will kick with all of their might to raise money to benefit the Limbs For Life Foundation, a Non-Profit 501(c)(3), which provides prosthetic limbs for everyone who cannot afford them.

Anyone can kick, and they can kick in pretty much any way they want. We'll have kickball kickers, soccer kickers, and karate kickers, and if someone can think of another kick, we'll let them do that too. More Information

 The Fine Print

Waiver: In submitting this form, I acknowledge that I understand its intent and I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and representatives, do hereby agree and will absolve and hold harmless the Limbs For Life Foundation, corporate sponsors, cooperating organizations and any other parties connected with this event in any way together with their respective successor and assigns (the Sponsor) single and collectively, from and against any blame and liability for any injury, harm, loss inconvenience, or and other damage of any kind whatsoever, which may result from or be connected in any way to my participation in the Kicking For Kids Who Can't Kick-a-thon.

In addition to the absolute and unqualified release from all liability, I hereby represent that I am physically capable of participating in this event, that I will observe all applicable traffic and event rules and that I will conduct myself in a safe and prudent manner while participating in the event, and I hereby absolve and hold harmless the sponsors from any damage I may sustain because of any breach of these representations.

I hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness while participating in the event. I also hereby give permission to the Limbs For Life Foundation to use my name and any pictures/video taken of me during the event in promotional materials, publication or on the Internet.

I understand that if I Kick I am not required to pay a minimum of $15 for this event and that a personal donation is not required for participation.

Notice: Waiver/Release or under the age of 18 must be signed by parent of legal guardian. They must also be accompanied by an adult age 21 or older. I certify that I have read this waiver and release and understand its significance. By registering online your are argeeing to waiver/release for all persons under 18 years of age.
